Strategic input, not full retainer.
Sometimes you do not need an agency to run your campaigns — you need senior strategic input. Quarterly planning, growth diagnostics, M&A due diligence, fractional CMO support. We do consulting engagements separate from our managed services work.
Not every brand needs an agency. Some need a sounding board.
Some brands have strong in-house teams that just need senior strategic input. Some are evaluating an acquisition target. Some are between agencies and want a second opinion. Some need quarterly planning support without giving up control. For all of these, consulting fits better than retainer engagement.
Internal teams need senior strategic perspective
Internal marketing teams often run great execution but lack senior strategic input. Outside perspective from operators who've seen 50+ verticals brings pattern recognition that internal teams cannot replicate.
Pre-agency brands need diagnostics
Brands evaluating whether to hire an agency, build internally, or stay with current setup need objective diagnostics. We help brands understand what they actually need before they commit to a year of agency fees.
M&A due diligence requires marketing analysis
Acquiring a brand means inheriting their marketing setup — paid accounts, attribution, lifecycle programs, brand equity. We run marketing-specific due diligence to surface risks and opportunities before the deal closes.
A diagnosis, not a deck.
A consulting engagement should leave you with decisions, not slides. We read the whole account and the data layer at machine speed, then senior operators turn the findings into a roadmap your team can actually run.
Strategic engagements, not full management.
We deliver strategic value separate from our managed services. Engagements are typically defined-scope or quarterly retainer rather than month-to-month management.

The whole account, read in days, not months.
Our agents read every campaign and every grain of the data layer so senior operators start from evidence, not guesswork. The platform does the diligence; the humans do the judgment.

Defined scope, senior delivery.
Consulting engagements are scoped by deliverable, not duration. Most run 6-12 weeks for project work, or quarterly for ongoing strategic advisory.
Discovery & scoping
We discuss the situation, understand the goal, and propose specific scope and deliverables. Engagements range from a 2-week diagnostic to multi-quarter fractional CMO support.
Engagement delivery
Senior operators deliver the work directly — no junior consultant pyramid. Whether that's a 6-week growth strategy project, quarterly planning support, or M&A due diligence, you get the senior team throughout.
Documentation & handoff
Strategic recommendations documented for your team to execute. Optional ongoing advisory at quarterly cadence. Clear next steps with measurable goals.
Consulting that operates, not just advises.
Most consultancies sell you a deck and a junior team. Here is what changes when operators and infrastructure run the diagnostic.
Quick answers to common questions.
How is consulting different from your managed services?
Managed services is us running your paid media campaigns month over month. Consulting is strategic input separate from execution — diagnostics, planning, advisory, due diligence. Some clients use both. Many use only one.
Can consulting lead to managed services?
Sometimes, but it's not assumed. Many consulting clients keep execution in-house or with their existing agency, and we provide strategic oversight only. Others realise during the engagement they want managed services and we transition. Both paths are fine.
What does a fractional CMO engagement look like?
Typically 1-2 days per week of strategic time — board reporting, team management oversight, quarterly planning, agency relationship management, investor reporting. Suited for funded brands between hiring full-time CMOs or for businesses where full-time CMO is overhead they don't yet need.
